'Create a project to improve the retention and retrieval of information to aid memory.'
Memory refers to the psychological processes of acquiring, storing, retaining, and later retrieving information. There are three major processes involved in memory: encoding, storage, and retrieval.
The human brain contains a powerful memory system capable of storing vast amounts of information. This system can quickly capture details like faces from brief encounters, retain a lifetime’s worth of experiences, and link memories to sights, sounds, smells, tastes, touch, and emotions.
